- Show signs of irritability involving verbal or physical outburst of anger, frustration, or distress (including tantrum behavior and meltdown)
Celiac Study

Have biopsy-confirmed celiac disease that is generally well controlled.
Have been gluten-free diet for at least 6 months
Age: 18 - 75 years old

The purpose of this Study is to evaluate whether the study medication, when taken together with an approved birth control pill, may reduce moderate-to-severe endometriosis pain.
Age: 18-49
Key Inclusion / Exclusion Criteria:
-Have had a diagnosis of endometriosis
-Experience moderate-to-severe endometriosis pain
-Are not pregnant or actively trying to get pregnant, or breastfeeding
-Are a non smoker (if 33 years or older)
